Yaya means Grandma in Greek. This is a classic Greek dish which we have made our own interpretation of. The Pie is made from pure Love. We line the bottom of the pie with a thin layer of Filo Pastry, then the Spinach & Feta filling goes in. We top the pie up with milky Fresh Ricotta and seal it off with Buttery Puff pastry for the Flaky crunch top. The idea is that there is not too much pastry on the bottom, create layers of flavour and texture through a combination of ingredients and pastry types. You gotta try it!
